Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivatedProject Managerto join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Tampa, FL.

As a successful candidate, you will:

• Provide strategic oversight and support to client operations by managing capital investment projects.
• The Project Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating and administering projects during all stages of the project lifecycle: from setup, execution, monitoring and controlling to final close out of the project.
• The Project Manager is accountable for the overall success of the project, delivering the project within the scope, cost and schedule baseline, and ensure that the project is delivered within the safety, quality and environmental best practices set out by Hatch and the client for the project.
• Manage Hatch’s business interests, including: the prime contract, revenues, receivables, project viability and profitability. Manage the project delivery process to meet the owner’s goals, objectives and expectations. Resolves problems and coordinates the final handover of the project to the client.

You bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 项目经理必须有10 +年的女士eering design experience in cross functional leadership roles including involvement in at least one significant heavy industrial Water EPC/EPCM projects.
• Experience in managing multi discipline projects.
• Experience in leadership, management and administrative processes.
• Experience in engineering, procurement and construction, and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies. Broad knowledge of industry standards.
• Strong customer/client focus.
• Advanced safety awareness.
• Coordination, organization and planning of community and industrial relations awareness.
