Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced CCMS Administrator to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in a Project based opportunity. The purpose of this role is to administer and maintain the Pims (Omega) system to ensure that it is effective and efficient in managing the completion process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the data in Omega is maintained correctly; implement training programs for project personnel to ensure that they can effectively utilize the Pims (Omega) system and provide ongoing support to project personnel on the use of the Pims (Omega) system. Additional accountabilities include generating reports and data analysis to track the progress of the completion process and provide regular updates to project management.

To be considered for this role, you require the following skills and experience

• 3+ years of experience in completion management systems, project controls or related fields within the construction industry

• Knowledge of EPCM project delivery method and construction completion processes

• Proficient in the use of CCMS software, specifically Pims (Omega)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
