孵化is looking for a Junior Construction Engineer in training to support ongoing projects in our Pittsburgh, PA office location.

Reporting to:Regional Manager, Construction, USA • Construction

Responsibilities:

• Support site technical issues
• Review drawings for constructability and providing interpretation to craft and/or installation subcontractors
• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality, project schedule adherence and compliance with drawings, and specifications and codes, through regular inspections
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with the preparation of field material requisitions
• Prepare punch lists
• Attend subcontractor bid walks and assist in bid evaluation to support subcontract award
• Maintain the highest level of safety awareness and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest safety standards

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a construction management program
• In good academic standing
• Extracurricular involvement, enthusiastic and ambitious
• Self-motivated with good organizational capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
