Dynamic Earth Solutions (DES) specializes in site planning, spatial information and digital terrain modeling, surface and subsurface investigations, rock mechanics, underground structures, geotechnical laboratory services, flood forecasting and water resource management through our geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and civil site development expertise.

Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated CAD Manager to join our Dynamic Earth Solutions group in Brisbane.

As the successful candidate you will:

• Report to the Civil Discipline Manager
• Manage and coordinate CAD teams on civil and infrastructure projects
• Prepare & manage project design and drafting schedules
• Prioritise, allocate & track all CAD tasks within project teams
• Review design work to ensure quality, accuracy & compliance with codes, design scope and standards

You will bring to this role:

• Experience in CAD design (OpenRoads, 12d Model, Civil3D or similar)
• Experience in large public infrastructure projects would be considered highly
• Demonstrated experience in a CAD Manager role, or senior designer role with proven project management experience
• Excellent attention to detail & communication skills
